Process Work Offerings
Experiential group sessions where participants explore their behavioural patterns using methodologies such as human process lab and psychodrama, to make the invisible visible and expand their social and emotional intelligence.
This eight upto fifteen meetings group session is designed for participants to experience leadership confidence on one's life. In this workshop participants deepen awareness about relationship building, conflict resolution and taking initiative in the context of self, social, and professional engagements. Through the process work of psychodrama (an action method to explore personal conflicts and challenges) participants will play a myriad of roles , uncover their limiting patterns and replace them new empowering belief about one self and rehearse new alternatives which move one from a position of 'stuck-ness' to possibilities.
